Kirby and the Forgotten Land: Downtown Grassland Stage guide 100% Completion

The first stage of the Kirby and the Forgotten Land is Downtown Grassland in which you have to do the following tasks to clear the stage.

• Save the hidden Waddle Dees
• Make 5 Tulips bloom
• Break the Building’s Shutter
• Ride the Spewing Water up to the Balcony

Tulips Bloom (1/5)

As you load into the stage the first thing you’ll see as you go forward is a tulip, you just have to go near it and it will bloom.

Tulips Bloom (2/5)

As you go a bit ahead, you’ll see a blue switch on the right side. Jump on the switch and it will open a passage for Kirby and there’ll be a piece of cake for Kirby to eat.

Go into the open gate and go left from it and you’ll find the second tulip go near it and it will bloom.

Breaking Building’s Shutter

Now go ahead and you’ll find a vending machine and you would have to use the mouthful mode to inhale the vending machine so you can break the building’s shutter by shooting soda cans at it.

Gotcha Capsule Collectible (1/3)

Now go ahead and climb up the ladder up to the top and you’ll get a Gotcha Capsule which is a collectible item.

Now go down and to the right of the building, you’ll see some cones inhale one of the cones and proceed further because the cone figure will help you make your way through the stage.

Tulips Bloom (3/5)

As you go further, you’ll see a canon area, and right before the canon area, there is another tulip that you can bloom so don’t miss it. The tulip is up on the box just go near it and it will bloom.

Now you’ll see that there are canon firing your crossing all you have to do is to do a slam on the ground where there is a crack and you’ll open up a hole and you can easily cross the canon firing.

Ride the Spewing Water up to the Balcony

Now go ahead and you’ll see a pipeline leakage and it is actually one of the missions that you have to ride the spewing water up to the balcony. Just do the slam attack on the leakage and the water will burs you up to the balcony area.

Gotcha Capsule Collectible (2/3)

There is another collectible item as you are on the ledge on the balcony. The item is in the box so just have to do a slam attack on the ledge and the box will break and you get your Gotcha Capsule. Then you can get down from there.

Waddle Dee Freed (1/3)

Now you’ll reach the mini-boss area, where you would have to fight it and you’ll get a sword ability from it. To defeat the mini-boss use the bomb ability, you can easily defeat him with that ability and after defeating him go near the Waddle Dee who is in the cage and he will be freed.

Waddle Dee Freed (2/3)

As you reach the next area see on the right side there’ll be a ladder. You want to go up to the ladder to free the second waddle dee.

As you go up to the ladder you have to use the mouthful mode onto the circular lid thing and there’ll be a Waddle Dee inside it. Go near him and you’ll free him.

Waddle Dee Freed (3/3)

Now for the third waddle dee, you have to cut the cone which is dangled in tree branches. You’ll see a ladder on the left when you come down after freeing the second waddle dee, go up the ladder jump up to the platforms, and cut down the cone.

Now go down and use mouthful mode on the cone and there’ll be a large turtle enemy just do the slam attack on it and you’ll see the third Waddle Dee coming out of it. Go near the Waddle Dee and free him.

Tulips Bloom (4/5)

There is a tulip right next to a tree where you freed the third Waddle Dee from the Turtle. Just go near and it will bloom.

Tulips Bloom (5/5)

Now jump on the bins and go up. Go to the right side and jump on the platforms and you’ll reach a bull and the last tulip is just behind the bull. The bull will charge towards you just jump over it and go to tulip and you’ll bloom it.

Gotcha Capsule Collectible (3/3)

Now the last collectible is just above you just go further right where you bloom the last tulip and do a slam attack on the pipe and go up. There’ll be a turtle again just keep on the right side and move towards the tower and just under the tower, there is a pipe with bandages on it. Let the turtle bite the pipe and the bandages will be torn and you can do the slam attack for the last time and go up to the tower and collect the last collectible of the stage.

This is the complete 100% clearance of the first stage Downtown Grassland. All the missions are done and all of the collectibles have been collected.
